Not very good for multi story designs., stairs also only go up, again, not great for multi story.

I using this app to rough design my tiny house, the 3D feature gives a great idea of how a space will work. The many furniture options help in making sure a rooms layout looks right and will function.

This is such a cool app you can create almost any shape of a house. The only thing is you cannot create an upstairs. I love this app

Honestly I love this app and I love the 3D walk through. Being able to add detail like crown molding or trim to the walls would be nice or being able to add two different textures or what not to a wall would be cool. Being able to add multiple floors would make it seem more realistic. The furniture selection is decent too but having more things like pictures, cabinets and things that can go on the walls would be nice.

I was pleased by my final results but it took several hours to start making progress. There is no searchable Help section, just a explanation of features in the form of a slide show. You can save a copy of a project by using the Duplicate button right after Opening a project so that you have a fall back point if you mess up your design. You cannot copy a room from one plan and paste it into another house plan or even the same house plan. You can only copy and paste single items like a sink or window. Its a wonderful bargain for $5 despite lacking some basic convenience features.

This app blew me away because it does so much more than what it says...totally recommend!

I have enjoyed using this app to design new spaces. One thing I have done is to design a copy of my home the way it is now, then change features that I have always wanted to change. There are some things I would like to see in future updates. One nice addition would be skylights. Another would be things for the exterior such as shutters. It would be very nice to have access to second levels and basements. It would also be nice to have some very large trees to add vocationally. One fun future addition you may consider is picking a landscape in which to place your dream home.

This program is really hard to use unless every room is a square or rectangle.

For simple layouts this is a good app. Needs some fixes. 1. Be able to add closets and storages and doors for now I make another room then remove a wall. 2. Make it easier to set rooms and items its either to sensitive or not enough or they dont line up next to another piece maybe making pieces magnetic to each other can help in placing things like walls Havent used this in a while but you could make moveable inner walls and set a highet to it. Its been a while from first review they have added a lot of new items. Would like to be able to create multiple levels and have the same shape or at least be able to see to the lower floors. Needs stuff for for utilities cant create driveway. Tip would be make closets as a separate room so you can add doors later. Would also like to be able to run and visualize water, cable, electric and heating/cooling vents. Overall its good as a simple visualization tool very basic.

I had the 7.99 Home design and it was great but yesterday I got the Golden and with everything it had, I almost cried. Ya this app is a lot of money but it is so worth it!!
